How to request a change
Email contact@wlsuppy.com with the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Clearly state whether you want to cancel or correct an address. A request is not complete until we confirm the outcome.
Before and after shipment
We will try to help while an order is awaiting fulfillment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or address change once preparation has begun.
An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled. After delivery, use the return procedure if the purchase is eligible.
Cancelled-order payments
If a paid order is successfully cancelled, any captured payment is reversed or refunded to the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, wait for delivery and request an eligible return through our standard returns process.
