WLSUPPY ships stocked products from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, United States. Here is what to expect when your order is prepared and delivered.
Where we deliver
Standard delivery is available to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery. Check your complete delivery address before placing an order.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every eligible United States order. There is no minimum purchase amount. Any applicable tax is displayed before you submit payment.
Order preparation
We prepare orders within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard transit normally takes two to four business days after preparation. Allow an estimated three to five business days in total from placing an order to delivery.
These are estimated timeframes. The delivery address, carrier conditions, weather, and public holidays can affect arrival. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within its expected delivery period.
Tracking and address changes
We send a shipment email when tracking details are available. The carrier may need time to show the first scan.
If you notice an address error, email contact@wlsuppy.com promptly with your order number and the corrected address. We cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has begun.
Delivery problems
Please report a damaged or incorrect delivery within 48 hours after delivery. If a parcel appears lost, contact us within 48 hours of noticing the issue so we can investigate promptly. Include your order number and, for damage or an incorrect item, clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue; keep the packaging while we review. These reporting requests do not change the separate 30-day return window in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Our Los Angeles business address is not a walk-in shop or a collection point. Contact support before sending any return.
