WLSUPPY at wlsuppy.com is operated by Gone Rouge, LLC. Our business address is 2028 N. Beachwood Drive Apt. 300, Los Angeles, CA 90068, United States. It is not a walk-in store.
Who sells the products?
Gone Rouge, LLC sells through WLSUPPY as an authorized reseller of original branded products. Each product page provides its color, material, dimensions, capacity, price, and stock quantity. Contact us if you need additional product information.
Are the products in stock?
We keep products in our Los Angeles, California warehouse and ship from that stock. Each product page displays its available quantity. Choose the color and product you want to see its own availability.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free for eligible United States orders, with no minimum purchase. We prepare orders within one business day, followed by an estimated two to four business days in transit, for an estimated three to five business days total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States public holidays. Read Shipping & Delivery for details.
Can I return my order?
You can request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first for approval, instructions, and a prepaid label. We pay shipping for approved eligible returns and charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five days after inspection. Can I shop or collect in person?
No. WLSUPPY is an online store. The Los Angeles address is our business address and is not a walk-in retail location or a collection point.
How do I choose a bowl?
Daily Bowls have a wide, shallow profile and measure 8 inches across by 2.25 inches high. Soup Bowls have a deeper profile and measure 7 inches across by 3 inches high. Both hold 28 fl oz, or 3.5 cups. Each color is a separate product with its own images and stock quantity.
What are the bowls made of, and how should I care for them?
The bowls are glazed stoneware and are dishwasher and microwave safe. Follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Do not use them on stovetops, over open flame, under broilers, or in a preheated oven.
How do I get help with a delivery or product?
Email contact@wlsuppy.com or call +1 520-223-4375. Include the order number if you have one. Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours after delivery, with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and issue. Keep the packaging while we review. This reporting request does not change the separate 30-day return window.
